• Product Liability: Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Floriva, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from the sale or use of their products, including but not limited to claims of personal injury, property damage, or violation of consumer protection laws.
• Pricing and Discounts: Vendors are responsible for setting their own pricing. Any promotions, discounts, or special offers must comply with Floriva's promotion guidelines and applicable laws.
• Shipping and Delivery: Vendors are responsible for fulfilling and shipping orders in a timely and secure manner. Any issues related to delivery delays, damages, or lost products are the vendor’s responsibility.
• Returns and Refunds: Vendors are responsible for managing returns and refunds in accordance with the laws of their jurisdiction. Floriva is not responsible for handling returns or providing refunds for vendors.
• Vendors must not engage in fraudulent activities, misrepresent their products, manipulate product reviews, or engage in any conduct that harms the Platform’s reputation.
• Vendors are prohibited from selling illegal, counterfeit, or harmful products, including items that violate intellectual property rights or health and safety regulations.
• Vendors may be required to undergo a verification process before being allowed to list products. Floriva reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any vendor found violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activities.

• No Warranty on Products: Floriva does not provide any warranties on the products purchased. Buyers must rely on the vendor's warranty or guarantee, if applicable, for claims related to product defects.
• Buyers must not engage in fraudulent activities, attempt to manipulate product reviews, or misuse the Platform for illegal purposes.
• Buyers must refrain from making false claims or disputing payments without valid reasons.

• Floriva reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Vendor or Buyer account at any time if they violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Platform.
• Vendors retain ownership of all intellectual property related to their product listings, including descriptions and images. By listing products, vendors grant Floriva a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content for the purpose of promoting and selling products.
• Buyers agree not to infringe on the intellectual property rights of Vendors or Floriva.
